This deposit is non-refundable. *NO EXCEPTIONS *However, if something unforeseen happens to your puppy while he/she is still in our care, or the gender of your choice is not born (If deposit is being placed prior to litter being born), or if you change your mind and are unable to get your puppy when he/she is ready to leave, then your deposit will be kept and applied towards the purchase of a puppy from a future litter.

The balance of $____________ is payable in full at the time puppy is picked up by above new owner. (Approx. 8 weeks of age).
We accept CASH only as final payment unless balance is paid one week in advance prior to picking puppy up, then balance can be paid via PayPal (plus a 4% fee charged by the processing company).
If payments are made on puppy, before he/she is ready to leave, then a receipt will be given for each payment made showing the new balance.
All puppies come with AKC Limited Registration papers, One year Health Guarantee, First set of shots at around 6 weeks of age, (3) Dewormings, tails docked and dew claws removed, and a Puppy Starter Gift Pack for all new owners.

*If this Contract is being sent via email, it MUST be saved to your computer and emailed back to us stating that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions of this contract.
